August 1st, 2008 - Fourth Wall Events Supports MPI
Fourth Wall Events joins the Small Business Leadership Plan within the Meeting Professionals International Foundation.
The small business community is recognized as an exceedingly important MPI partner and the goal of the MPI Foundation Small Business Leadership Plan is designed to provide small businesses with unique access to fit their special needs to connect with MPI’s membership of nearly 24,000 members in 80 countries world-wide.Representing FWE, Carvie Gillikin will attend the MPI World Education Conference in Las Vegas to learn the latest marketplace trends and network with individuals top in their fields.

July 1st, 2008 - Morgan Steele Joins ISES Board
We are thrilled to announce our very own Morgan Steele was nominated and appointed to the Board of ISES. During her two year term as Director, she will work with the other Directors to continue the mission which is to educate, advance and promote the special events industry and its network of professionals along with related industries.

June 26th, 2008 - Fourth Wall Events Opens New Division
On June 23, 2008 the team at Fourth Wall Events unveiled their newest division and marked yet another milestone for the company. This division will handle inbound New York City Events. The demand for these types of events has increased dramatically over the past few years, therefore; in response to our customers needs, we have developed 10 incredible events that offer a template for minor customization. Says Jeff Guberman, President of FWE, “These are conceptualized events specifically designed for the New York-bound clients that do not have budgets for a completely customized event, but still want the level of quality and creativity that Fourth Wall Events has become known for”. Streets of New York, Picnic in Central Park, Astor Ball, and Viva New York are just a sampling of the events we have to offer. June 25th, 2008 - ESPRIT Award Nominations
As the mark of global distinction and the highest level of professional acknowledgement within the special events industry today, the ISES Esprit Awards are designed to acknowledge the extraordinary efforts, performance, and outstanding contributions of ISES members in the specialevents planning industry. The ISES Esprit Awards celebrate those event professionals who have turned their ideas into accomplishments. Nominated in the category of Best Event Design/Décor, FWE is thrilled to unveil Dubai of the Future.

June 3rd, 2008 - Fourth Wall Events wraps up another breathtaking event in Bermuda!
FWE was thrilled to be back on the island of Bermuda for the month of May.
With four waves totaling nearly 1800 IBM attendees, the pieces were in place for a treasured experience.
After settling into the Fairmont Southampton, each guest enjoyed an Enchanted Forest welcome reception complete with dazzling vine performers and angels with fairy dust. Throughout their stay, attendees and guests alike were offered a dazzling menu of activities and excursions to choose from.
On the second night, cocktails and dinner was served at the historic dockyard where 8 feet tall original oil paintings adorned the walls.
The final night was a British Invasion as Beatlemania took over the beach. Lighted Powerflowers towered upwards of 18 feet over the group as the UK Based UpBeat Beatles hit the stage.
Just when the evening appeared to be winding down, brilliant fireworks light up the sky and the DJ spun for even more dancing on the colored sand dance floor.
The highest rated beach party ever was the ultimate end to an exploration which left smiles and memories, not soon to be forgotten.

April 29th, 2008 - FWE Gains National Recognition
Fourth Wall Events among Top 100 Small Business List in New York! In recognition of the economic power of multicultural businesses, DiversityBusiness.com, the nations’ leading multicultural internet site, recently named FWE as one of the “Top 100 Small Business in the state of New York (Div100)”.
The Div100 is the 8th annual listing of the New York's top 100 small businesses. The companies listed on the Div100 represent the Nation’s top multicultural earners and challenge the long-held notion that a small business is small or insignificant. Div100 members are sought after by major corporations wishing to increase spending with small and diversity owned companies.

March 11th, 2008 - FWE partners with Li & Fung
With news to share, the executives of Li & Fung USA greeted their associates with a delicious continental breakfast before ushering them into the state of the art Nokia Theatre. The brilliant lighting synchronized to the beat of the music sent the excitement level skyrocketing. The long planned "Launch into 2010" was now a reality and a roaring success.

January 8th, 2008 - Carvie Gilikin Joins Fourth Wall Events
Fourth Wall Events is thrilled to announce the appointment of Carvie Gillikin as Director of Sales and Marketing.
Carvie will be responsible for developing new clientele and creating innovative marketing and promotional strategies. He will also serve as FWE’s liaison to regional and
national organizations such as PCMA, MPI, NYC & Company, and SITE.
With more than sixteen years of experience in the hospitality industry, Carvie’s previous positions include Corporate Director of Sales for Stratosphere Multimedia LLC, Corporate Director of Sales for Projection Presentation Technologies, and Director of Sales and Marketing at Starwood Hotels and Resorts.

December 7th, 2007 - Fourth Wall Events Nominated for Gala Award
We were delighted to learn that our décor and entertainment program for IBM’s 2007 Golden Global Circle was nominated for a Gala Award in the category of Best Multiple-Day Event. The awards ceremony will be held on January 18 in Atlanta, GA at the Special Event conference.

December 7th, 2007 - New Office Space!
To accommodate our rapidly expanding employee “family,” we have just doubled our office space by extending into an adjacent suite. We now have work space for everyone and a huge new storage area - as well as room to grow!
